This course will examine the rules and procedures relating to temporary residents under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (“IRPA”) and the relevant case law.
Three years relevant work experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
This course provides additional and supplemental training for those already in careers working such as a paralegal or legal assistant.
Upon completion of this course the successful student will have reliably demonstrated the ability to understand the following categories of temporary resident visas:-
